Aperio Clinical Outcomes, a clinical research organization (CRO), has hired Jennifer Hodak as director of Talent Acquisition to support the growing needs of the company's pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device client base.
Hodak brings with her more than 14 years of life science staffing and recruiting experience. Prior to joining Aperio, Hodak served as senior director of SRG Woolf Group, a niche staffing and recruiting organization that provides contract and permanent clinical research professionals to the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. As a consistent top-performing recruiter, Hodak rose from the ranks of recruiter to overseeing her own staffing team. Eventually, Hodak assumed responsibility for the growth, development and overall management of SRG Woolf Group, delivering 150 percent gross profit growth over a four-year period.
Hodak earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing and human resources from the University of Pittsburgh.
According to Aperio’s Founder and CEO Faye Woolf, “We are excited to welcome Jennifer to our leadership team. Her excellent reputation and experience recruiting and sourcing high-quality, top talent from her vast network will help us continue to drive and manage our growth, as well as support the growth of our clients.”
“I have dedicated my career to understanding the needs of my clients and am passionate about implementing strategic sourcing and recruitment tactics that help them achieve their goals,” said Hodak. “I’m thrilled to be joining forces with Aperio and working alongside Founder and CEO Faye Woolf, who has a legacy of building successful organizations in the life science space.”
In a data driven industry, Aperio remains dedicated to transparency with clients and focused on the most important part of the process: people. Aperio provides full, customizable clinical research services across multiple therapeutic areas, as well as consulting services in Quality Assurance, Strategic Resourcing and Clinical Trial Technology.
