Job Description / Information To assist sales personnel with the selling of Stryker Service Programs (and Service Products) in accordance with budgeted objectives and to obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to pre-set standards. To manage, facilitate, and execute Stryker Service Programs. Responsibilities • Will coordinate, execute, and facilitate Stryker Service Programs to include on-site inspection of Stryker Equipment. • Will educate and inform appropriate staff personnel on the proper cleaning, maintenance, and care of Stryker products. • Will conduct customer visits to troubleshoot Stryker products and/or product care procedures. • Will provide technical and operational information to sales representative, customers, and Stryker certified technicians on all Stryker products. • Will provide support by answering and/or resolving sales representative and/or customer questions and/or issues on Stryker products both telephonically and in person. • Will work with sales representatives to promote Stryker in-house repair capabilities and will educate sales representatives and customers on the benefits of Stryker Service versus third party options. • Will provide repair information, historical data, and/or research problems for sales representatives and customers. • May generate detailed Stryker Service Program proposals, guidelines, and procedures for sales representatives and customers; may present to customer and/or assist sales representative present. • May assist in the marketing of Service Programs (and Service Products) through exhibits, trade shows and other related meetings. Minimum Qualifications • Excellent analytical skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated effective organizational skills. • Fundamental computer skills (Microsoft Windows) • Field sales training with key Sales Representatives • Extensive booth work at Medical Specialty Conventions • 2-4 years in a marketing, sales, technical sales, field service, or related position. • B.B.A. or B.S. in business with an emphasis in marketing or a related discipline desired
