“BHI enjoys an excellent reputation in the delivery of home infusion therapies. This acquisition offers us an ideal platform for launching our disease focused infusion programs as a complement to their current range of therapy offerings,” said PromptCare’s President/CEO Tom Voorhees. “It is also a natural extension of our presence in complex respiratory and nutritional support already in this area. We believe there will be a seamless integration of the teams, providing the same excellent and dedicated service to all our patients.”
“Joining the PromptCare Companies provides a great opportunity for continuing our growth with existing and new customers. We are particularly pleased that PromptCare has the same high priority of providing exceptional patient care to improve the lives of patients in their homes as we have,” said Cheryl Terry, president of Boston Home Infusion. “Their innovative cardiac care, nutritional and ventilator programs will enhance the services we provide. It’s a great fit for BHI, our employees and patients.”
