Okay Industries, a contract manufacturer that engineers components and subassemblies for original equipment manufacturers in the medical device and industrial markets, is pleased to welcome Bob Maley as business development executive. In his new role, Maley will support the company’s growth initiatives and development of long-term, strategic partnerships. He will work with key accounts as well as new customers for Okay Industries’ three facilities in New Britain and Berlin, CT, and Alajuela, Costa Rica.
Maley brings more than 30 years of experience to the role, with a proven track record of leadership, production management, and strategic growth in corporate sales. During a long career with Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals Inc., Maley was a trusted, knowledgeable partner for numerous global OEMs. The company believes that his background in sales operations and management training will make him an invaluable addition to Okay Industries’ team.

Maley lives with his family in Northford, Connecticut, and is active in a number of community organizations. He also serves as the Southern New England district officer of the Precision Metalforming Association.
