Qosina Corp. and its Qosmedix division are pleased to announce the appointment of current board member, Robert Beckman, as chairman of its Board of Directors.
Stuart Herskovitz, Qosina’s founder and former chairman of the board, has stepped down and is now chairman emeritus.
Herskovitz continues to be fully involved in the company and retains his seat on the Board, but will now shift his focus to business development and attending industry trade shows.
“Bob brings a wealth of experience that is critical to guiding us in strategically operating our company and successfully growing our margins,” said Qosina president and CEO Scott Herskovitz. “Bob’s proven leadership, talent, expertise and support are valuable assets, and we look forward to working with him to create the next chapter of Qosina’s story of success.”
“I am honored to serve as chairman and work with Scott and the board to achieve further success in the years to come,” said Robert Beckman. “I look forward to building upon the track record of such an accomplished company.”
Beckman has served in corporate and industry leadership roles for several decades and has supported the growth and development of a wide range of global healthcare companies. He formed The Channel Group, an advisory business that provides support to global healthcare companies. Beckman also was a founder of BIO and NYBIO, where he served as chairman and in board leadership positions.
