Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical has promoted Madeline Scholl as a leadership development candidate (LDC) within the business.
As an LDC, goal-oriented professionals have an opportunity to work directly with key members of the Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical executive team on strategic projects. Previous LDCs have been promoted to roles in distribution channel and engineering management.
“Madeline is a great fit for her new role because she is highly self-motivated, capable of managing a diverse workload, and seeks out professional development," said Daniel Diffenderfer, director of Strategic Initiatives, Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical. Scholl previously worked as an aerospace business analyst and human resources information systems analyst for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, where she was instrumental in building analytics and forecasting processes.
Scholl earned a bachelor of science degree in informatics from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
