Todd Schroeder has been appointed President and CEO of VitalDyne Medical, Inc., a contract manufacturer specializing in medical device development and manufacturing.
Schroeder brings VitalDyne two decades of top-level leadership in the manufacturing, engineering, service, and software industries. Most recently, Schroeder was president/CEO of Aeration Industries International, a wastewater treatment company and a portfolio company of Granite Equity Partners. During his four years as president, the company experienced growth and profitability twice that of the industry average.
Schroeder began with Aeration Industries in 2012 as chief financial officer successfully managing the company’s transition from a family owned business to a bank and investor financed company. In 2013, Schroeder assumed the position of chief operating officer transforming operations and staff, leading to the growth experienced once he became president in 2015.
With degrees in business administration and accounting, Schroeder began his career serving in high level financial positions for 15 years, including staff auditor for Coopers & Lybrand, controller for Jostens Inc., corporate finance manager for Regis Corporation, and controller and VP of finance for Lifetouch Inc.
