Mesa Laboratories Introduces the DataTrace MPRF Pressure Data Logger
Lakewood, CO. Mesa Laboratories (NASDAQ: MLAB) announces the introduction of a Pressure Logger, a new product in its popular DataTrace MPRF line of real-time, wireless process validation systems. The addition of the MPRF Pressure Logger allows users the capability to make real-time pressure measurements, allowing greater flexibility and insights into controlling their processes. Users can also measure temperature and humidity with their MPRF Systems, giving them complete understanding of their processes.
Built with typical Mesa Labs’ high quality, The MPRF Pressure Logger operates from 0 PSIA to 72.5 PSIA (0 BAR to 5 BAR) and -40°C to + 140°C. It has pressure accuracy of +/- 0.3 PSIA (+/- 0.02 BAR) and temperature accuracy of +/- 0.25°C. With 8,000 data points of memory - 4,000 for temperature and 4,000 for pressure - it can monitor processes for many months. It has a wireless range of up to 300 ft. Packaged in 316 stainless steel, it has a compact size of 0.9” x 4.6” (2.3cm x 11.7cm) and is certified for intrinsic safety. It can also be synchronized to the same clock as other loggers in the data logging system, allowing greater system accuracy.
The DataTrace MPRF System is a data logging system that provides real-time, wireless monitoring of industrial processes. The MPRF System uses RF to communicate measured data, allowing users to update and view their critical validation data in real-time rather than wait for the loggers to be manually loaded into an IR reader. This allows the user to make decisions immediately rather than wait until the process is done, saving time, money, and expensive process errors. Data is analyzed and controlled by Mesa's DTRF Software, which allows simple yet detailed data analysis with full reporting. The software is FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant.
Mesa Laboratories, Inc. is a public Colorado corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets instruments and disposable products utilized in connection with industrial and healthcare applications. The company is continually performing research and development to expand the application of its technology. For more information, click on the company information link above.
