Machine Solutions Inc. Partners with Forsyth Capital Investors LLC

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz., Nov. 22, 2011 — Machine Solutions Inc. (MSI) today announced that it has partnered with Forsyth Capital Investors, LLC, an investment firm targeting long-term investments in niche capital equipment companies serving the manufacturing sector.  Forsyth Capital has established a majority investment in this partnership while maintaining the existing senior management team (Daniel Kasprzyk and Thomas Motsenbocker) of Machine Solutions Inc. to recapitalize the company and accelerate its numerous domestic and emerging market growth initiatives.  Machine Solutions Inc. is a global supplier of process and testing solutions to the medical device industry.
