ZOLL Finalizes Vyaire Ventilator Product Line Acquisition

ZOLL, an Asahi Kasei company that manufactures medical devices and related software solutions, has completed its previously announced acquisition of select Vyaire Medical ventilator product lines.
 
Vyaire sold its ventilator business as part of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
 
“ZOLL’s acquisition of select Vyaire ventilator product lines is an exciting opportunity for our customers and our company,” said Jon Rennert, CEO of ZOLL. “We now have the ability to serve even more patients and customers, furthering our mission of improving patient outcomes and helping save lives.”
 
The acquisition included bellavista, fabian, LTV, and 3100 HFOV product lines. ZOLL will make these available to customers alongside its other respiratory care offerings. 
 
These acquired product lines and all ventilators and associated consumables, service parts, accessories, and service program offerings will continue to be sold where currently available. Existing Vyaire contact channels will remain available for use during a transition period.
