VitalPath, specializing in catheter design and manufacturing for medical device OEMs, has promoted Bridget Locke to Vice President of Strategic Marketing. In this new role, Locke will continue to develop and execute brand strategy, with increased sales operations responsibilities to drive business growth and increase market share.

The promotion aligns with VitalPath’s strategic imperatives for revenue growth and diversification as well as the company’s vision, mission, and values.

Locke joined the organization earlier this year as Senior Director, Strategic Marketing, with experience in brand positioning, sales operations, targeted campaigns, content and thought leadership, website optimization, and corporate communications in the medtech industry.

“I am continually impressed by Bridget’s unique ability to swiftly evaluate the marketing efforts of a medtech organization and develop holistic strategic plans that achieve both internal and external objectives, driving brand awareness and significant growth,” said Rich Rivard, Chief Commercial Officer. “Her expertise in marketing and sales operations, combined with her hands-on approach and ability to relate to all functions and levels of an organization, makes Bridget a valued leader. Bridget consistently demonstrates the VitalPath mission and values through her dedication, strategic vision, and collaborative spirit, which inspires and drives our team forward.”

Before VitalPath, she held key roles at several medical device CDMOs, including Vantedge Medical, Medevio, ATL Technology, and Northwire. Locke has a proven track record of developing growth strategies to align company value with customer needs to drive customer journey success and pipeline growth.

“I am delighted to have this opportunity to continue to evolve our marketing and sales operations at VitalPath. The contributions that the VitalPath team makes to the medtech community is truly inspiring. We have many exciting and impactful projects underway, but at the end of the day, we aim to amplify the impact of our mission to dramatically improve the quality of patient lives in partnership with our vital customers,” said Bridget Locke, Vice President of Strategic Marketing.

VitalPath has also recently invested in facility upgrades for innovation as a leading CDMO in the catheter space. This includes clean room investments at their Maplewood, MN catheter development and manufacturing site to increase overall capacity by 40%, along with an optimized flow of product. The clean room at VitalPath’s dedicated R&D design center in New Hope, MN, was also upgraded from a class 8 to a class 7.
