Technic Inc. Offers Customized Electropolishing System

Technic Inc.’s Technic Electropolishing Systems are custom-engineered, high-throughput wet processors for electropolishing, sharpening and deburring. The Cranston, R.I. firm’s systems feature single-point graphical machine operation and the ability to monitor process parameters from a touch screen. Specific customer requirements can be met with robotic parts feeding technologies, fixtures, tanks, tooling and controls. The systems are suitable for stainless steels, Monel, Hastelloy, titanium and related metals, and they can process parts from millimeters up to 20 inches squared. Typical applications include catheters, scalpels, saws and screens.
