Sparta Systems Acquires Medical Device Solutions Provider

Sparta Systems Inc., a provider of enterprise quality management software (EQMS) solutions, has announced the delivery of the Quality Business Network, aimed at connecting all participants in the quality ecosystem and delivering full transparency. As a key pillar of this new strategy, Sparta Systems acquired 123Compliance, a leading provider of cloud-based complaint handling, quality management, regulatory reporting and document management systems for small and mid-sized pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
