Smithers Welcomes New Medical Device Testing Business Development Manager

Smithers has hired Anna Woloszynska as business development manager to support its Medical Device Testing Division in Europe.

Woloszynska will lead and support business development initiatives throughout key European markets, including Poland, Germany, Belgium, and Italy. She’ll work closely with clients to understand their regulatory, testing, and compliance requirements, providing consultative, high-touch support while strengthening Smithers presence across the region.

“Anna brings more than a decade of experience across the life sciences and medical technology sectors, with a background that spans medical device distribution, regulatory consultancy, and international commercial strategy,” said Gael Peron, president of Smithers Medical Device Testing Division. “Her depth of knowledge and client-focused approach will support our continued growth and strengthen how we serve clients across Europe.”

Before joining Smithers, Woloszynska held business development and strategic roles with several organizations, including Rephine, G&H Orthodontics, and Medline, where she supported clients with outsourced services, medical device and pharmaceutical testing, EU MDR and U.S. Food and Drug Administration compliance, market entry strategies, and private-label product development.

Woloszynska earned a master’s degree with honors in psychology and an MBA in general management.
