Resonetics Buys Agile MV, a Product Development and Assembly Firm

Resonetics has acquired Agile MV, a Montreal-based product development and turnkey device assembly firm.
 
Following the deal Resonetics will rebrand its Design & Development Services business as AGILE Product Development with facilities in Boston, San Diego, and Montreal.
 
“Agile MV adds industry-leading expertise in state-of-the-art minimally invasive therapeutic and diagnostic medical devices, notably for electrophysiology catheters using pulsed field and cryotherapy ablation technologies.
