Resolution Medical Acquires Haarstad Engineering Services

Resolution Medical has purchased Haarstad Engineering Services LLC (HES) from founder Phil Haarstad. Neither company disclosed the deal’s terms.

HES specializes in early and iterative concept, prototyping, and simulation work for physicians, startups, and established original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) developing disruptive medical devices.

Resolution Medical was founded in 2012 and is a medical device CDMO serving the most demanding interventional therapies and customers. The company employs more than 100 engineers, and has manufacturing capabilities at its ISO 13485 and FDA-registered facility.
