Probo Medical Buys Mi Healthcare

Company gains ultrasound and X-ray sales, rental, and service solutions.

Probo Medical, provider of medical imaging equipment, parts, repair, and service, has acquired Mi Healthcare. Transaction terms were left undisclosed.
 
Mi Healthcare is a Liverpool, UK-based medical imaging equipment and services provider. The company’s team offers ultrasound and X-ray sales, rental, and service solutions, and has offices in England and Scotland.
 
By acquiring Mi Healthcare, Probo extends its reach of diagnostic imaging equipment sales, rentals, and services across the UK.
 
“Our partnership with Probo will provide a deeper and more comprehensive solution set for our customers, as well as opportunities to best support our growing team,” Tim Dickinson, founder of Mi Healthcare told the press.
