Premier Research has acquired Health Decisions, a Durham, N.C.-based contract research organization (CRO) focused on clinical development in all areas of women’s health and diagnostics. Premier Research provides clinical research and development services, as well as strategic and regulatory advisory services to the biotechnology, specialty pharma, and medical device industries.
