Omni Components Promotes Two Executives

Omni’s growth goals include improving efficiency and reach.

Omni Components Corporation, a supplier of precision-engineered machined products to hi-tech commercial and orthopedic medical industries, has appointed Frank Stone Jr. CEO and executive vice president.

“Mr. Stone, as senior vice president and chief operating officer [COO], has provided challenge, vision and leadership to our team since his arrival,” said company President and Chairman Rick Holka.

In his new position, Stone will be directly responsible for Omni, charged with ensuring the company’s customers receive its best efforts and best quality products, while also improving the firm’s reach, capabilities, management and purpose in addition to increasing its market share.

Omni also has named Shelby Overbeck as its new vice president and COO, filling the seat Stone left vacant after his promotion. According to company officials, Overbeck has demonstrated success in numerous accomplishments in vital areas at Omni.

Newly-minted CEO Stone said, “I look forward to her [Overbeck] continuing success as vice president and COO of Omni. I am confident the critical areas of company operations will benefit under her management, direction and leadership.”

Overbeck will make key business decisions about the company’s return on investment and profitable growth objectives. She will be charged with providing leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure product quality, process integrity, profitability, growth, and improved operational efficiency of Omni’s manufacturing operations.
