Norwood Medical Appoints Kristiyan Delev as Chief Financial Officer

Delev played an active and ongoing role in ensuring Norwood’s assimilation and integration into the Heraeus Group.

Norwood Medical, one of the world’s leading providers of advanced, outsourced medical manufacturing services, today announced the appointment of Kristiyan “Kris” Delev as its new Chief Financial Officer.
 
Jim Kircher, the CEO of Norwood Medical, said, “As we continue to grow and expand, financial strategy becomes increasingly important to our future success. Kris was not just familiar to Norwood, he made a lasting and positive impression with everyone he worked with. When the CFO position became open, it was obvious Kris would be a great match for the role.”
 
Delev became familiar with Norwood Medical when Heraeus acquired the company in 2021. He played an active and ongoing role in ensuring Norwood’s assimilation and integration into the Heraeus Group. 
 
Delev comes to Norwood with a wealth of experience in financial management and strategic leadership. He recently held the title of Global Head of Finance for Heraeus Comvance, a global leader in manufacturing highly pure synthetic quartz glass for fiber optics in communications and specialized communications. Before that, he was the Senior Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at the Heraeus Group.
