KORU Medical Systems Announces Leadership Changes

Christopher Pazdan was appointed Chief Operating Officer, effective July 18, 2024.

KORU Medical Systems has promoted of Christopher Pazdan, to Chief Operating Officer, effective July 18, 2024. As COO, Pazdan will oversee the Research and Development organization and be responsible for the company’s product development pipeline and innovation efforts.
 
Pazdan has been with the organization since 2021, last serving as the company’s Senior Vice President of Operations. In that role he oversaw Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain and Project Management. 
 
In 2022, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, which included leading manufacturing, supply chain, and the project management office. Pazdan brings more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry including leadership roles at Hill-Rom and Becton Dickinson across a variety of strategic functions and roles.

Chris has proven himself as a transformative business leader, consistently delivering measurable results, and inspiring our team with his drive and collaborative approach,” said Linda Tharby, President, and CEO. “He knows our business and culture well, which will enable him to effectively lead cross functional teams in the launch of key new products and as we continue to expand our leadership position in large volume subcutaneous infusion with new drug therapies. I am confident that he will continue to have a tremendous impact on our long-term success in his new role as COO.”
 
Mr. Pazdan added, “In my expanded role as Chief Operating Officer I will prioritize a continued focus around implementing technology and innovation strategies that enable KORU Medical to reach its full potential as a drug delivery partner of choice, while also relentlessly meeting the needs of patients and customers.”
 
As part of this change, Brian Case, Chief Technology Officer, will be leaving the company on September 16, 2024.
