Kimberly-Clark to Acquire I-Flow Corp.

Kimberly-Clark subsidiary Boxer Acquisition Inc. has purchased remaining shares of drug delivery system maker I-Flow Corp. for approximately $324 million.

The tender offer deadline was Monday, and Irving, Texas-based Kimberly-Clark has purchased all shares that were tendered. In the merger, remaining shares will be worth $12.65 per share in cash without interest.

I-Flow, based in Lake Forest, Calif., will become a part of Kimberly-Clark Health Care, and I-Flow shares will no longer trade on the Nasdaq.
