JR Finkelmeier Joins PaceMate as Chief Commercial Officer

PaceMate has appointed J.R. Finkelmeier as its new chief commercial officer. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s commercial expansion strategy, focusing on investing in sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.

Finkelmeier has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and medical technology—most recently as a business leader at Philips, where he led the ECG Solutions Business within the Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics Unit. Before Phillips, he was instrumental in transforming BioTelemetry into a diversified portfolio company ahead of its acquisition by Phillips for $2.8 billion, holding leadership roles spanning product, business, and corporate development.
