Jason Arnold Joins Piper Sandler’s Healthcare Investment Banking Team

Piper Sandler Companies has welcomed Jason Arnold as a managing director in its healthcare investment banking group. Initially based in London, Arnold will advise life science tools and diagnostic companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and capital raising transactions.

Before joining Piper Sandler, Arnold was a partner and managing director at William Blair, where he spent 16 years in its healthcare investment banking group. He began his career at Ernst & Young.

Arnold earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
