Shareholder recognized by business journal.

Greenberg Traurig shareholder Jennifer A. Camacho has been named a recipient of Mass High Tech’s 2011 All-Stars Award, which recognizes 15 driven and influential leaders of New England’s innovation economy.

Camacho, a patent attorney for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, is being recognized for her experience in and contribution to the life sciences sector. Camacho is a founding team member for the Gloucester, Mass.-based International Consortium for Polynucleotide Synthesis Inc., and currently serves on the board of directors for the Center for Policy on Emerging Technologies in Washington, D.C. In addition, Camacho is a judge and mentor for the MassChallenge Inc. annual startup competition and accelerator program.

“The 2011 All-Stars have a proven record in leading not only their own companies but in helping their industry thrive and in guiding entrepreneurs who are building the successful tech companies of tomorrow,” said Mass High Tech publisher Doug Banks. “The companies and industries they helped to build are the basis of the economic engine that provides jobs and spawns innovation throughout New England and the United States.”

Honorees will be profiled in a special report on MassHighTech’s web site and recognized at an evening awards celebration and networking reception on Nov. 16 in Boston.
