Founder and Co-Chair of ATL Technology Has Died

Brad Brown was 59 years old and passed away in a helicopter crash near Idaho Falls, ID.

Founder and Co-Chair of Springville, UT-based ATL Technology, Brad Brown, passed away. 

He passed in a helicopter crash near Idaho Falls, ID. Brown was 59 years old and 3 weeks shy of his 60th birthday.  

Brown founded ATL in 1993 and was a longtime resident and community leader. 

He was a board member of BioUtah, and a leader in the Utah Life Sciences community, and an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 

A family statement said, “Brad is a giant among men—he was a devoted father, husband, mentor, pilot, and philanthropist. His love for his family was unwavering, and his wisdom shaped the lives of those around him. As the founder and CEO of ATL Technology, he led with passion and integrity, inspiring countless individuals in both his professional and personal circles. His generosity and dedication to service impacted countless individuals in all walks of his life. His faith in God was the foundation of his character and good works.”
