Exo Recruits Former Medtronic CEO to its Board

Company names Omar Ishrak chair of Strategy.

Exo Imaging has negotiated a strategic collaboration with Samsung Medison to co-develop advanced ultrasound solutions. The partnership includes a strategic equity investment by Samsung, aimed at accelerating the creation of next-generation ultrasound platforms.

We are committed to delivering innovation that improves diagnostic capabilities and enhances the clinical experience for patients and practitioners alike,” Samsung Medison CEO Dr. Kyu Tae Yoo said.

Exo also welcomed former Medtronic Chairman/CEO Omar Ishrak to its Board of Directors, appointing him chair of Strategy.
