EPTAM Hires Steve Cardin as Chief Operations Officer

Cardin brings over twenty years of global operations leadership with expertise in Lean, continuous improvement, and low-cost-region manufacturing.

EPTAM Precision Solutions, an outsourced manufacturer of high-precision medical device components and finished devices, has named Steve Cardin as its new chief operations officer (COO), effective March 31, 2025.

Cardin brings over twenty years of global operations leadership with expertise in Lean, continuous improvement, and low-cost-region manufacturing. He was previously VP and COO at UFP Technologies, where he oversaw design and manufacture of medical devices, sterile packaging, and robotic surgical drape systems.

During his tenure at UFP, Cardin integrated several acquired operations and drove a company-wide Lean Enterprise Initiative. His experience in the medical device industry also includes senior roles at Viant Medical, Vention Medical, and ATEK Medical.
