Devon Medical Products Signs China Distributor

Devon Medical Products has announced a partnership with PKUcare BeiYi Pharmaceutical Co. (PKU), making PKU the distributor of Devon’s products to China. According to the agreement, PKU will distribute Devons’s product line of medical devices and equipment, including its extriCARE negative pressure wound therapy system in China. Devon will also be identifying other United States-based companies that may benefit from distribution in China and connect them with PKU, according to the deal.

Last year, Devon and PKU aided Pykor Medical in receiving regulatory approval for its ViewSite brain access system neurosurgery device.

PKUcare BeiYi Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Peking University International Healthcare Group (PUIHG), a large healthcare organization in China. PUIHG owns and operates various companies spanning healthcare management, healthcare information systems, medical device distribution, and pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, and logistics.
