Innovative Health Diagnostics (IHD) is bolstering its leadership team with the appointment of Chris Howlett as senior advisor to the Board of Directors. Howlett brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the newly created position, having built several successful enterprises throughout his career. As the board’s senior advisor, Howlett will oversee the planning and execution of IHD’s organic growth strategy, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. “Chris is an ideal choice to support our next phase of growth and pursue IHD’s strategic development both organically and through strategic acquisition and expansion opportunities,” IHD CEO David White said. “He brings a blend of market orientation, partner development and diagnostics business acumen that we highly value. Chris has a powerful sense of respect and commitment to our cause in delivering innovation and insight, to empower better healthcare decisions.” In his new role, Howlett is developing an acquisition deal pipeline and securing letters of intent for individual deals. He will also focus on facilitating and engaging banks to establish a debt financing vehicle to support the strategy and guide integration and synergies. “I am delighted to be part of Innovative Health Diagnostics’ next phase of growth and create value by furthering the company’s vision and mission of excellence,” said Howlett. “I look forward to creating new avenues to increase access of care for all of IHD’s stakeholders, and look forward to working alongside IHD’s team.” In addition to his role as senior advisor of the board at IHD, Howlett also serves as board member and founding partner of Market Street Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on the life sciences industry. Innovative Health Diagnostics’ (IHD) services include fertility, IVF, FDA donation, and Covid-19 testing for providers; on-site testing and screening programs for employers; testing for partners via IHD’s Diagnostics as a Service (DaaS) platform, which gives brands the ability to provide their patients with at-home tests; and testing for consumers via several at-home tests available on its website.
