Chris Howlett Joins Innovative Health Diagnostics Leadership Team

Innovative Health Diagnostics (IHD) is bolstering its leadership team with the appointment of Chris Howlett as senior advisor to the Board of Directors.

Howlett brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the newly created position, having built several successful enterprises throughout his career. As the board’s senior advisor, Howlett will oversee the planning and execution of IHD’s organic growth strategy, focusing on mergers and acquisitions.

In his new role, Howlett is developing an acquisition deal pipeline and securing letters of intent for individual deals. He will also focus on facilitating and engaging banks to establish a debt financing vehicle to support the strategy and guide integration and synergies.

In addition to his role as senior advisor of the board at IHD, Howlett also serves as board member and founding partner of Market Street Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on the life sciences industry.
