Boston Scientific Names Leno as CFO

Boston Scientific hires Sam Leno as CFO.

Medical device maker Boston Scientific Corp. on Tuesday named Sam Leno its chief financial officer.

Leno succeeds Larry Best, 55, who plans to retire to pursue an interest in private investing in the life sciences field. Leno will join Boston Scientific on June 5, with Best’s retirement effective July 6.

Leno, 60, will also serve as executive vice president of finance and information systems.

Leno is currently CFO and executive vice president of finance and corporate services for Zimmer Holdings, Inc.
