BIOLASE Chief Financial Officer to Resign

BIOLASE Inc., developer of dental lasers, announced that senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) David C. Dreyer is resigning effective Jan. 13 for personal reasons unrelated to the company’s financial condition and to pursue other opportunities.
 
The company is conducting a search for a new CFO. Until a replacement is named, Dreyer’s daily finance responsibilities will be handled by its long-tenured finance leadership; President and CEO Harold C. Flynn Jr. will handle investor relations and other administrative duties.

BIOLASE Inc. develops, manufactures, markets, and sells laser systems in dentistry and medicine and also markets, sells, and distributes dental imaging equipment, including digital X-rays and CAD/CAM scanners.
