Aptyx Promotes CFO David Price to CEO

Price has been the company’s chief financial officer since joining Aptyx last year.

Contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) Aptyx has appointed David Price as its new CEO, effective immediately.

Price has been the company’s chief financial officer (CFO) since joining Aptyx last year. The company said he brought a strong combination of financial discipline, operational and commercial focus, and strategic insight.

In that role, he helped sharpen Aptyx’s priorities, strengthen execution, and position the company for its next growth stage.

As CEO, Price will focus on speeding growth, deepening customer partnerships, developing leadership capabilities, and bolstering the company’s role as a partner to medical device companies across the world.
