Albright Technologies Replaces President

Waitt
Leominster, Mass.-based Albright Technologies has appointed Bob Waitt, its former vice president of business development, to replace departing company President David Comeau, who left the position at the beginning of the year. Comeau will continue to provide support as part owner while he works on a new, separate startup project.

Albright, a small company with just 15 employees, specializes in manufacturing prototype and low-volume production silicone medical device components.

Waitt has been with the company for 12 years and has served as the vice president of business development since 2008. He joined the company in 2000 and received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Boston University (in Massachusetts) in 2006.

“Bob Waitt has been my partner for the last 5 years and has had an integral role in growing the company into what it is today; I am happy now to be turning the company over to him,” said Comeau. “Bob started with the company in 2000, and has had many positions over his years at Albright, allowing him to learn all aspects of the company. I have great confidence that he will continue to move Albright forward and keep it growing to its full potential.”
