Medical device designer, developer, and contract manufacturer Arterex revealed it has acquired Eurostamp Srl, a designer and constructer of injection molds based in Novi di Modena, Italy.

Eurostamp was founded in 1989 by Claudio Zenoni and Fausto Lugli. The company has spent 37 years as a supplier for multinational organizations in the medical, packaging, and cosmetics markets. It specializes in the full mold life cycle, ranging from design and analysis through manufacturing and testing.

Arterex said—per its acquisition philosophy—that the founders will stay in their leadership positions to keep the operational approach that’s defined Eurostamp’s success.

This acquisition adds further tooling and mold-building depth to Arterex’s current European operations and complements capabilities already established in design and development, extrusion, injection molding, and device assembly. The company said customers will now benefit from more integrated services, quicker turnaround for tooling development, and a healthier regional manufacturing presence.

“Eurostamp is exactly the kind of company we look for when expanding the Arterex platform, with deep expertise, a proven track record, and a team that is passionate about delivering for customers,” said Jeff Goble, Arterex’s president and CEO. “This acquisition strengthens our European capabilities in a meaningful way and gives our customers access to world-class tooling and mold-building expertise as part of a truly integrated manufacturing partner. We’re proud to welcome Claudio, Fausto, and the entire Eurostamp team to the Arterex family.”

This is the Arterex’s’s fifth acquisition since 2025 began. In addition to Eurostamp, in the past two years the company has added:

Phoenix Srl: Italian medical device developer and contract manufacturer
Adroit USA: metal fabrication specialist with operations in California and India
Xponent Global: Hudson, Mass.-based tubing extruder
Synecco: Irish CDMO specializing in advanced medical delivery systems
