Biomerics Hires Kristin Mason as Finance Chief

Mason joins the company after an extensive career leading finance organizations across complex global businesses.

Biomerics, a vertically integrated contract manufacturer for the interventional device market, has hired Kristin Mason as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Mason joins the company after an extensive career leading finance organizations across complex global businesses. She succeeds the team of internal Biomerics finance leaders who have collectively guided the finance function for the past several months.

Previously, she was DVP BU Controller for Paragon Medical Orthopedics. She also served at CTB Inc. and Zimmer Biomet.

“Kristin brings a unique combination of strategic financial leadership, operational rigor and growth experience,” said Arun Mohan, CEO of Biomerics. “Throughout her career, she has helped organizations scale, strengthen financial performance, and navigate transformational growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. As Biomerics continues to expand our capabilities, global footprint, and market leadership, Kristin is the right leader to help guide our next chapter.”

Mohan was promoted to CEO of the company in October, after serving as president of Biomerics’ Micro Metals division.

As CFO, Mason will lead the company’s global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, financial reporting, tax, audit, banking, and capital strategy. She will partner will the executive leadership team to bolster financial capabilities, support disciplined execution, and position the company for continued long-term growth.
