Trelleborg Medical Solutions has appointed two new business unit presidents.
Carsten Stehle was appointed business unit president of commercial & operations Europe. Stehle will be responsible for fostering customer relationships across Europe while overseeing manufacturing operations at the Stein am Rhein and Malta facilities.
He was most recently global director of strategic business development for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and the company’s chairman of the board in Germany. He’s worked for the company for 12 years and boasts over three decades of global experience in sales and marketing.
“Carsten comprehensively understands the business and our strategy for helping customers bring innovative products to market faster thanks to his time with Trelleborg Sealing Solutions,” said Linda Muroski, president of Trelleborg Medical Solutions. “He will be a great asset in aligning customer expectations and long-term ambitions in Europe.”
“I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of some exciting challenges and milestones within Trelleborg Sealing Solutions,” added Stehle. “Now I’m taking that experience to Trelleborg Medical Solutions, and I look forward to contributing to its sustained success.”
The company also named Omar Hall as business unit president, commercial Americas.
Hall will be responsible for deepening customer relationships, accelerating growth, and ensuring the Americas business continues delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. Hall was previously VP of global field seals at Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT) and touts over 25 years of senior leadership experience in medical manufacturing, life sciences, and diversified industrial markets.
“Omar has a proven track record of leadership, strategic commercial execution, operational excellence and global team development,” said Muroski. “His background in building trusted customer partnerships, developing new business and navigating M&A integrations makes him well aligned with our priorities in the Americas.”
