Fujifilm Opens Endoscopy Warehouse Facility in Fairfield, N.J.

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas announced the opening of a new 18,000-square-foot warehouse in Fairfield, N.J. The warehouse marks another investment in the company’s growth and endoscopy business.

The new facility will support the company’s growing operational and logistics needs. It creates further capacity at Fujifilm’s Wayne, N.J. location, home to its endoscopy service operations.

Be relocating warehouse operations to Fairfield, the company can significantly upscale and expand its Wayne-based service center to meet increasing customer demand. The service center will expand about 1.5 times its original size.

The expanded service center operations in Wayne aims to increase service efficiency, optimize turnaround times, and enhance technical support . Fujifilm’s advanced imaging, endoscopes, and devices empower gastroenterologists, advanced endoscopists, and their staff to take on challenges with a next-gen portfolio of endoscopic technologies.

Last month, the company began a strategic partnership with mTuitive, a provider of synoptic reporting solutions. The duo aims to integrate mTuitive’s structured pathology reporting platform with Fujifilm’s Synapse Pathology, a comprehensive pathology PACS that streamlines case management through proprietary image digitization advances.
