Chris Bauer to Lead Market Strategy for New Horizon Medical Solutions

New Horizon Medical Solutions (NHMS) has named Chris Bauer as senior vice president of Strategy and Market Commercialization. He is tasked with leading the company’s strategic growth initiatives across commercial operations, market expansion, and provider engagement.

Bauer joins New Horizon Medical Solutions with more than 26 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, and finance across the medical device and advanced wound care sectors. His leadership background includes senior commercial roles at both high-growth startups and global healthcare organizations, with prior positions at 3M, KCI, ConvaTec, and Johnson & Johnson. Most recently, he was vice president of Sales and Marketing at NeXtgen Biologics, where he led go-to-market strategy and expansion initiatives.

His ability to scale national sales organizations is expected to play a key role in accelerating the adoption of NHMS’s biologics portfolio and integrated practice solutions.
