Aaron Mambrino Named President, CFO at AVNA

AVNA Inc. has recruited Aaron Mambrino to its senior management team, appointing her as president and chief financial officer (CFO).

Mambrino has more than 25 years of multinational leadership experience across various industries, including medical, aerospace, and automotive. She has built a strong reputation for improving operational performance, strengthening financial results, and guiding organizations through strategic growth and transformation.

Mambrino will lead key strategic initiatives across AVNA, including operational performance, profitability improvement, talent development, and information technology strategy. She will help guide the company’s continued growth and support its long-term health and performance.

Mambrino previously worked as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Hubbard Hall. Before that, she was president of the Americas at Dymax Corporation, where she led regional operations and supported market expansion initiatives. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an ability to strengthen both operational and financial performance while helping organizations diversify and grow.

Mambrino earned an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Hartford and currently serves on several local boards. Mambrino also is a member of AVNA’s Board of Directors.
