Trelleborg Medical Promotes Heather Martin to VP Global Market Strategy & Development

Trelleborg Medical Solutions has promoted Heather Martin to VP of global market strategy and development.

Martin will be responsible for understanding global market dynamics and building capabilities for meet market requirements. She’ll also head acquisition and integration activities, as well as oversee marketing and communications initiatives. Martin will further help create an entrepreneurial culture across the business.

She was previously business unit president Industrial Americas for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and has been with the company for more than two decades. Throughout her tenure, Martin has developed and implemented new business capabilities, driven sales and customer experience and improved existing programs to achieve the business’ goals. She also contributed to the successful acquisition and integration of almost ten companies.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Heather for several years and she has been instrumental in the growth and capability development of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in the Americas,” said Trelleborg Medical Solutions president Linda Muroski. “Her experience and leadership will serve as a critical asset to Trelleborg Medical Solutions.”

Last month, the company opened 43,055 square feet of new manufacturing space in Hal-Far, Malta. The site includes two new clean rooms and will manufacture braided hose and silicone extrusions for biopharmaceutical applications.
