Natus Sensory Recruits Three New Executive Team Members

Natus Sensory has added three healthcare industry veterans to its global management team to help advance innovation, foster customer relationships, and attain sustainable growth in the hearing/balance, and newborn care spaces.

Lon Nelson has been hired as chief commercial officer to lead global sales, marketing communications, service, and clinical education. His extensive commercial leadership experience in the medical device, life sciences, and industrial sectors includes executive roles at Censis Technologies and Leica Microsystems.

Kirill Shalyaev has been appointed Business Unit leader, Global Newborn Care. Shalyaev has more than 15 years of experience in product management, marketing, and global P&L leadership, having held senior positions at GE Healthcare, Philips Healthcare, and Danaher Diagnostics. He most recently was chief product officer at Tessonics Group, where he led the development of cutting-edge medical and diagnostic devices.

Carsten Kind joins Natus Sensory as Business Unit leader, Global Hearing & Balance. With more than 20 years of executive medical device leadership experience, Kind is best known for his tenure as president of Interacoustics A/S, where he helped the company become a global provider of audiology diagnostics through strong international expansion, innovation, and team development.
