Vonco Acquires Flex-Pak, Specialty Provider of DuPont Tyvek

Vonco Products, a contract manufacturer of medical devices and fluid bags, biohazard and specimen transport, infection protections and PPEs, and cleanroom assembly, packaging, sterilization management, and distribution, has acquired Flex-Pak Packaging Products.
 
Flex-Pak is a provider of flexible barrier packaging and sterile barrier DuPont Tyvek pouches for consumer and healthcare firms.

With Vonco’s recent buy of McFarlane Medical’s assembly solutions and now Flex-Pak, clients gain increased capabilities and expanded offerings.
