Boston Scientific Invests $62.5M in Georgia Facility

Boston Scientific will construct a new manufacturing and supply chain facility in Johns Creek, Ga. The $62.5 million investment aims to bring about 340 new jobs to Fulton County over the next seven years.

I look forward to seeing the impact of this expansion here in Georgia and far beyond as they keep the Peach State on the cutting edge of medical science.”
 
Boston Scientific’s technologies span endoscopy, cardiology, peripheral interventions, oncology, urology, and neurology. Its over 17,000 products are used to treat about 30 million patients globally each year.

The company acquired Georgia-based EndoChoice in 2016. Boston Scientific employs about 300 people in Georgia.
