PrepMD RMS Acquires LindaCare’s IP to Boost Remote Monitoring

Cardiac clinical solutions company PrepMD RMS has acquired the intellectual property (IP) and tech assets of LindaCare, a digital health company focused on remote monitoring.
 
PrepMD RMS provides tailored remote cardiac monitoring, in-office staffing, and digital healthcare training solutions to clinics ranging from 20 to over 16,000 remotely monitored patients. Its clinician-designed SaaS platform needs minimal onboarding time and touts a range of customization options.
 
Further features include report building and physician sign-off capabilities so clinics can optimize workflow and boost care. Cardiology clinics can sign up for the standalone software or have a dedicated IBHRE-certified team at PrepMD RMS work in the platform to remotely monitor patients with no upfront costs.
 
LindaCare’s cloud-based platform is designed to help remotely monitor patients with electronic cardiac implants. The single integrated and unified vendor independent software platform helps optimize patient tele-monitoring.
