Machine Solutions Creates Recycler of Damaged Materials

Machine Solutions Inc. of Flagstaff, Ariz., has launched its Automated Mandrel Straightening Equipment, the MS700S, which is designed to reduce assembly costs by recycling bent or bowed mandrels through an automated straightening process. The straightening system uses a pick and place handling system: It picks a single mandrel from a bin and then automatically runs it through a straightening process for placement in an output tube upon completion.
