Pad Print Machinery of Vermont Builds one of the Largest Printers to Date

Pad Print Machinery of Vermont of East Dorset, Vt., is building a custom XD070 Multi-Color Digital Ink Jet printer for a large healthcare products manufacturer.

The printer is one of the largest digital ink jet machines ever built at Pad Print Machinery of Vermont, and will feature a pre-treatment station, six colors and UV curing. A 25-foot conveyor belt also will be added so the printer can function as part of a production line.

The digital ink jet printer versatility includes height and width capability of 12 inches and can print fine lines and details in process color at speeds of 16 inches per second.
