Boston Scientific Sells California Unit

Boston Scientific is selling its California-based TriVascular endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) program to TV2 Holding Co. Boston Scientific acquired TriVascular, a manufacturer of EVAR devices, in April 2005 and renamed it Boston Scientific Santa Rosa. The company discontinued the EVAR program in 2006. Boston Scientific said TV2 will pay it $30 million at closing. It may retain a minority interest in the company. SOURCE: FDAnews.com
