Firstronic LLC and Flight Systems Electronics Group Form Strategic Alliance

Firstronic LLC today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with electronics remanufacturing firm, Flight Systems Electronics Group (FSEG). Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly market their respective services to customers requiring manufacturing and remanufacturing service and warranty support.

Under that model, Firstronic would continue to develop standard electronics manufacturing services (EMS) solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) wishing to outsource production. Those with remanufacturing needs would be offered that service through FSEG. FSEG would continue to offer remanufacturing services, plus original build of “seed” stocks needed for warranty support when core stock was unavailable, while providing its customers access to standard EMS production capabilities through Firstronic.
