Pepper from SoftBank Robotics hails from Paris and can be used for an array of applications such as serving as a greeter in a doctor's office. The robot is one of several from the company and is one of the must sees at Medica as a simple photo doesn't do the technology justice. Pepper is currently in Row A in Hall 15.

While 3D printing hasn't made a huge footprint on the Medica/CompaMed shows, it can be found for those who look. And while no longer "new," the technology is still a great visual for vistors.

The first place winner of the App Competition, taking home 2,000 euro as well as the opportunity to work in "PHILIPS Health Innovation Port" (HIP) at the end of the first quarter 2017...UpRight!
